Kapal Oasis is designed for international investors who want a clear, low-overhead foothold in South Lombok. Studios are sold under a 20-year leasehold (Hak Sewa) with a fixed 20% rental income and 30 nights of complimentary owner stay each year. No on-the-ground management, no rental marketing, no operational overhead.

The 20% is a fixed rental income, calculated against the purchase price of the studio and contractually fixed with PRISA Resorts for the duration of the leasehold. It is not a variable rental yield. Payments are scheduled annually in USD, with full terms in the Studio Rental Agreement provided at contract.
No lease extension is currently foreseen, though one may be added subject to market conditions at the time. Otherwise, owners exit at the end of the term with no further obligations. The fixed 20% rental income runs for the full duration of the leasehold.
Yes. Foreign investors hold property in Indonesia through several legal structures. Kapal Oasis uses a 20-year leasehold (Hak Sewa) arrangement that is widely used across Lombok and Bali, straightforward to execute and recognised under Indonesian law.
